G FOR GRATITUDE
Gratitude is humbling and brings joy to the hearts of both giver and receiver. It helps us to focus on things that go right in our lives rather than focusing on things that go wrong.

Developing gratitude is a skill and requires practice. First, you recognize what you’re grateful for. This requires mindfulness, to see the world as it is. Secondly, you acknowledge it and lastly, the actual act of appreciating it (giving thanks).

Hope is like a light at the end of the tunnel, inspiring and guiding. Hope for the best and never forget that everything will pass. Everything is impermanent(annica) – this is the law of nature.
