Do you know that every 20th of March is the International Day of Happiness? This annual event is organised by the United Nations since 2013 to promote the idea that feeling happy is a global human right.

Your well-being is very important to your overall happiness. Take care of your body by eating right, exercising and getting adequate rest or sleep. Take care of your mental by meditating and having good relationship with others.

Take time to look deep inside your heart and the hearts of those around you. If you look for the bad, you will find it. If you look for the good, you will find it, too. We always have a choice between the two realities – the positive and the negative. What we invest our energy in, is the one that we water and grow.
